Career

Prof. Dr. Biedermann studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich. In the course of his education, he spent several months in a law firm in New York. After completing his doctorate in Regensburg under Prof. Steiner, he began his legal career in a law firm in Munich specializing in real estate law. Due to his specialization, he first became a specialist lawyer for administrative law, later he was registered as an urban planner in the list of urban planners of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects and headed the Joint Registration Committee at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects from 2008 to 2016.  

Since 2000, Prof. Dr. Biedermann has been a partner in the law firm Prof. Hauth & Partner and is continuously involved in complex planning procedures as well as project developments.  

From 2008, he has held teaching positions at various universities, since 2016 at TUM. He regularly holds continuing education courses at the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.
