Career

Prof. Dr. Oberhauser studied law at the University of Augsburg. She began her professional career in the legal department of Walter Bau AG. There she obtained her doctorate in law while working. She expanded her specialization in private construction law in a renowned Munich law firm. In 2014, she founded the law firm HORSCH OBERHAUSER, which specializes in construction and real estate law, and joined the construction and real estate law firm PAUSE OBERHAUSER STRETZ in 2019. Prof. Dr. Oberhauser has been a lecturer for private construction law at TUM since 2005.
