Academic Career and Research Areas
Professor Jutzi's (*1969) main research interests are Active Optical Sensors, Computer Vision, Laser Scanning, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and Signal & Image Processing.
Professor Jutzi received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, obtained his Ph.D. degree at Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany and the Venia Legendi at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. Currently he is professor at the Institute for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at KIT and interim head of the Professorship of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at TUM.
